After more than 14 years with Visiolink, founder Jens Funder Berg has decided to pass on the baton as CEO of Visiolink.

In January 2020, Visiolink was bought by Vitec Software Group, and the handing over of Visiolink is a natural next step for Jens Funder Berg.

“The past two years, we have both sharpened our company in general and our innovation process in particular in relation to bringing new products and features to the market. With Vitec on board, we have found the right and long-term owner of Visiolink. Now is the right timing to pass on the baton to a new CEO, who together with the rest of the management team and Visiolink employees can continue the journey as a strategic partner to the publishing industry,” explains CEO Jens Funder Berg.

The process of finding Jens’ successor has already been initiated.

“Visiolink is a market leading, well-managed and healthy business, and we are looking forward to finding the right candidate suited for the job as CEO, who can continue the journey and lead Visiolink into the next phase,” says Vitec COO Gert Gustafsson.

Jens Funder Berg will continue as Visiolink CEO and will support the recruitment process until the new CEO is fully on board during Q1 2022.
