Throughout the year, we’ve conducted our annual user survey and we’re now done trawling through the feedback of almost 6300 respondents spread across Denmark, Finland, Germany and Norway.
What's new?
Smartphones are gaining ground. Sounds familiar? Well yes, they have been for some time now. But since mid-June and onwards, we’ve registered more publication downloads on mobile than on desktop. It’s the first time ever we have seen this tendency in our customer portfolio.
You'll also learn that smartphones are a particularly important device for the younger readers - as a matter of fact, a third of the respondents with up to 34 years of age actually prefer reading on a smartphone.

As something new, we’ve included some external empirical studies to add a new perspective to the report: The non-users.
