The annual highlight for the media industry is approaching as the DCX Digital Content Expo will take place in Berlin from October 8-9. We’ll be there, and we would love to meet up!
The Digital Content Expo (DCX) is the global event for media operators, publishers and content strategists, and the event focusses on Content Creation, Content Distribution and Content Monetization.
Around 5000 visitors will drop by for the two-day event that offers more than 70 speakers and 110 exhibitors. Visiolink will be represented by our COO, Carsten Bedsted Pedersen, and Key Account Manager Peter Angaard Nielsen, and they will wander the halls of Messe Berlin and attend keynotes to obtain the fresh input and all the latest insigths.
One such keynote speaker is Wojciech Ehrenfeld, Public IT Services Director at Ringier Axel Springer, who will share the story about what effect it had on the whole organization when they implemented content personalization and automation of the publishing process at Onet
He states that user engagement has become a currency that builds trust and raises the lifetime value of your clients, and that is something we can definitely relate to within the ePaper business.
It will also be interesting to hear the talk from Mittmedia’s Head of Content Development, Li L’Estrade, who will enlighten us about how she and her team of content developers and analysts works close to the newsrooms in order to identify which content their readers want to read and buy.
This is just a couple of examples of what we are looking forward to. But first and foremost, we are looking forward to meeting up with clients and business partner as well as, hopefully, making new acquaintances.
