Last week, the Visiolink steering group met up with our Customer Advisory Board (VCAB). But what's the deal with this board and why is it important to you?

The ePaper has seen an increased focus throughout the last decade, and it's safe to say that the digital paper has consolidated it's position in the media industry. But there's always space for improvement and the VCAB functions as a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences.

In order for us to develop as a company, we need to keep track of what's on the mind of our customers. We want to know what challenges they face and what we can do to help overcome them.

That's why the Visiolink steering group meet up with the VCAB twice a year. This way, we make sure that we’re always in sync with our customers and their needs - in order for us to provide them with the best services and solutions.

To ensure versatile input and discussions, the board members represent five different countries as well as various fields of the publishing business. In the video below, you can get a peek into the board room and hear the chairman explain the value of this setup.

The Visiolink Customer Advisory Board consists of:

Nicolas L. Fromm, Head of Digital at NOZ Medien (Germany)

Daniël Kegel, Product Director at De Persgroep (Belgium)

Stig Breyholtz, Head of Analytics at Schibsted (Norway)

Johan Möller, Head of Business at Svenska Dagbladet (Sweden)

Richard Wraae, Head of Digital Media at Jysk Fynske Medier (Denmark)
